Purposeful Innovation - We encourage licensees to use our intellectual property in ways that contribute to positive advancement, creativity, and impact.
Respect for Rights - Licensees are expected to respect the rights and ownership of the intellectual property, the issued license(s) and terms, and our partner companies. Any unauthorized use or infringement will be subject to legal action as appropriate by law. All Licensees must have a clause on or associated to our works stating: "(Specific Description provided) is licensed by and is intellectual property of WH Intellectual Properties, LLC. All rights reserved." (SEE LICENSE AGREEMENT)
Quality Standards - Upholding high-quality standards in the utilization of our intellectual property is paramount. Licensees are expected to maintain the integrity and reputation associated with WH Intellectual Properties including meeting our license requirements.
Compliance with Laws - All licensees must comply with local and international laws governing intellectual property rights. Any violation may result in the termination of the license agreement.
Transparent Communication - Open and transparent communication is key to successful licensing relationships. Licensees are encouraged to communicate any challenges or proposed modifications to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
